Directions
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup nut or seed butter of choice
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup ground flaxseed
2 tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add nut or seed butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir until sticky but firm.
Fold in mix-ins (chocolate chips, berries, etc.).
Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for longer.
